Nabil Oudeh - President

Nabil Oudeh has over 20 years experience in the conflict resolution field.  He holds a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution Studies, is a Chartered Mediator through the ADR Institute of Canada, an Honored Fellow with the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution, and a member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution.

His extensive knowledge of international affairs, organizational systems, government issues and corporate negotiations, positions him as a leading authority on resolving conflict in the workplace.  He is a sought after speaker on television and at conferences as a leading authority on mediation, appropriate responses to conflict, organizational conflict issues as well as various international peace initiatives.

Nabil has provided consultation, assessment, and intervention services to organizations in both the private and public sector throughout Canada, the United States, and Europe.  He has trained thousands of professionals and lay-persons in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is co-author of the recently published book "Conflict is for the Birds: Understanding Your Conflict Management Style."
