Conflicts and concerns about issues such as harassment and discrimination may escalate to the point of becoming formalized complaints. At this point an investigation may be the best process with which to address the situation. In fact, many organizations have policies that demand an investigation in such a case.
CCR International's investigation process is a restorative one. While we critically and objectively explore the facts of the case to provide our findings, we also look for root causes and opportunities for addressing the situation. We conduct all investigations with a view to resolving the conflict for the parties and enabling closure.
